Welcome to the new pages of the Swan Lodge 9845
The lodge opened in 1972 at the Haywain, Caldicot. The lodge moved several times over the years, with numbers varying up as well as down, settling in recent years to a regular 10 members, since the opening of the lodge there have only been 5 lodge secretaries. In 1997 the lodge celebrated 25 years, with all the normal celebrations being suggested, all except one being put to the side, and so a week in Malta it was, that being a roaring success, in 1998 two weeks in Majorca and ever since not only a dinner to celebrate the lodge opening but at least one weekend away every year.

How to find us: From Chepstow: M48, follow road to roundabout, take 1st exit, A48, at next roundabout, take 1st exit, follow road to next roundabout, take 2nd exit, follow road to 2nd set traffic lights, turn left, approx 100 yards left hand side is the Severn View Club.From Newport: Join M4 follow east bound to Magor, leave motorway, at roundabout take 3rd exit, after 100 yards take left exit, at mini roundabout take 3rd exit, follow until you enter Caldicot, take 1st right, follow approx 1000 yards, Severn View club on right hand side.
